High frequency vibration motors are mainly small and medium-sized vibration motors, so when choosing motors, if you need large motors with fast frequency, it is recommended to use more medium-sized motors to improve the vibration force
II: common fault handling methods of vibration motor
1. After starting up, the motor does not start, you should check:
1) whether the power supply is in phase loss
2) whether the motor is open phase
3) whether the protective cover is damaged and rubs the eccentric block
2. After starting up, the motor is noisy and hot, so it should be checked:
1) whether the roughness of the contact surface between the vibrating machine and the motor foundation meets the installation requirements
2) whether the anchor screw bolt is tightened
3) whether the vibration acceleration of the host meets the use requirements
3. If the amplitude changes abnormally after adjusting the eccentric block, check whether the eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotating shaft are adjusted symmetrically
4. In the vibration equipment in which two vibration motors work at the same time, when the phase rotation does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to adjust the phase sequence of a single vibration motor, not the phase sequence of the total power supply of two vibration motors
III: several reasons for frequent tripping of vibrating motor
1 The capacity of air switch and overcurrent protector of vibrating motor is inconsistent or aging
2. The outgoing cable of the vibration motor is broken
3. The performance of the magnetic circuit of the vibrating motor decreases, resulting in excessive current

I. maintenance matters in operation:
vibration motors are mostly installed in places with poor working environment and large dust, and the motor itself has no fan to dissipate heat, which all depends on natural cooling. In use, in addition to the same maintenance as ordinary motors, I will mainly introduce the maintenance of motors below, but also pay attention to the maintenance
(I) inspection contents:
1. Regularly check the surface hygiene of the motor
2. Timely clean up when there is dust affecting the heat dissipation
3. Regularly check whether the motor anchor fixing bolts are loose
4. Tighten them to the required torque with a torque wrench when they are loose
5. Check whether the vibration is abnormal
(II) adhesion - the degree of adhesion between the coating and the bottom layer. Treatment methods:
1. Shut down when the vibration is abnormal, Disassemble the eccentric block cover for inspection and treatment
2. Check whether the eccentric block cover is tightly sealed
3. Stop the machine for treatment when the seal is not tight
4. Check whether the motor outgoing cable is worn
5. If it is worn, stop the machine for treatment
6. Check whether the bearing is lack of oil
7. Replenish oil with a grease gun every 2 months during operation and repair once a year
8. Check whether the motor current is normal
9. Stop the machine for inspection and treatment when it is abnormal
II Overhaul matters:
1. The outgoing cable of the vibration motor bears vibration, so it is necessary to choose a cable with greater elasticity as the motor lead. Generally, the motor lead is easy to be broken or worn at the root of the motor outgoing line. When such faults occur, open the motor and rewire from the inside of the motor
2. The bearing of vibration motor should be heavy-duty bearing, which can bear a certain axial load. Regardless of the installation direction, the bearing life is not affected by the axial load
3. When disassembling the bearing, the position of the eccentric block and the percentage geometric coaxiality index of the exciting force should be recorded. The value is based on the coaxiality index of 0.3mm in reference to jjg269 ⑵ 006 "verification regulation of changing the experimental machine". After replacing the bearing, check that the rotating shaft of the motor should have a certain axial series movement. First, do not install the eccentric block to test the motor, and then reset the eccentric block according to the original record after normal operation
4. The protective cover of the eccentric block should be well sealed to prevent dust from entering the interior and affecting the operation of the motor
in a word, the vibrating motor is destructive to the equipment. At the same time, the vibrating motor is also a vulnerable equipment. When used incorrectly, not only the service life of the motor itself is shortened, but also the dragged mechanical equipment is greatly damaged. Therefore, when using the vibrating motor, it must be used in strict accordance with the operating instructions of the vibrating motor, increase the number and intensity of inspection, and deal with it in time after discovering the hidden dangers of accidents, Never keep running in the experimental process with disease. adjustment method of too small exciting force of vibration motor
too small exciting force of vibration motor is a problem often encountered by many vibrator users. How to solve this problem. In fact, the exciting force of the vibrating motor is adjusted to 80% when it leaves the factory, and 0% when it needs to be transported by sea (export). When in use, it can be adjusted according to the following steps:
1. Horizontal vibration motor:
(1) loosen the fastening screws of the protective cover and remove the protective covers at both ends
(2) for vibration motors with excitation force less than MV, MV, MV, MV (excluding these four specifications), the outer eccentric block is an adjustable block, the surface is equipped with a scale indicating the percentage of the maximum excitation force, and the inner eccentric block is a fixed block, all of which are pressed on the motor shaft with fastening bolts. The two end faces of the rotating shaft are engraved with reference lines. Loosen the compression bolts of the outer eccentric blocks on both sides, and the outer eccentric blocks on both sides rotate in the same direction, so that the scribed line on the shaft is aligned with the scribed line of the exciting force scale on the outer eccentric block, adjust to the required exciting force, tighten the compression bolts of the outer eccentric block, and install the protective cover
(3) for vibration motors with excitation force greater than or equal to MV, MV, MV, MV (including these four specifications), the outer eccentric block is a fixed block, which is fixed on the rotating shaft with a key and cannot rotate. The inner eccentric block is an adjustable block, and the outer surface is equipped with a ruler indicating the percentage of the maximum exciting force, which is pressed on the motor shaft with fastening bolts. Loosen the compression bolts of the inner eccentric blocks on both sides, and the inner eccentric blocks on both sides rotate in the same direction, so that the notch of the exciting force scale on the inner eccentric block is aligned with the slit on the outer eccentric block, adjust to the required exciting force, tighten the compression bolts of the inner eccentric block, and install the protective cover
note: except for special applications, the positions of eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotating shaft of the vibration motor must be corresponding, and the percentage of eccentric blocks at both ends must be set equal, otherwise the vibration motor will produce huge staggered excitation force and damage the vibration machinery of the motor
2. Vertical vibration motor:
(1) adjustment of excitation force: remove the compression bolt of the additional block, and adjust the excitation force by increasing or decreasing the number of additional blocks
(2) adjustment of the included angle of the upper and lower eccentric blocks: the upper eccentric block is a fixed block, and the lower eccentric block is an adjustable block, both of which are pressed on the motor shaft with fastening bolts. The two end faces of the rotating shaft are engraved with a reference line, and the outer surface of the lower eccentric block is equipped with a ruler indicating the rotation angle. Unscrew the compression bolt of the lower eccentric block, rotate the lower eccentric block, make the angle scale scribed line on the lower eccentric block align with the reference scribed line of the rotating shaft, adjust to the required angle, and tighten the compression bolt of the lower eccentric block; If the angle of the upper eccentric block needs to be adjusted, it can also be adjusted according to the corresponding method
3. The outgoing cable connecting the power supply
vibration motor should be heavy-duty four core cable. Sudden bending is not allowed near the cable outlet. There should be a bending radius greater than times the outer diameter of the cable, and then fix the cable to the stationary machine or frame. The distance is about 0.6m to 0.9m. Soft insulating material shall be padded at the clip for fixing the cable to avoid friction and damage to the cable. One end of the grounding wire of the four core cable is connected with the grounding screw in the junction box, and the other end must be reliably grounded. For small vibration motors, there is no junction box on the casing, and heavy three core cables are used to connect directly from the inside of the motor. A grounding screw is installed near the foot of the motor, which must be reliably grounded during use
note: the outgoing cable of the vibration motor is a vulnerable part, which is often damaged by vibration friction, resulting in the lack of phase operation of the motor and damaging the motor. Users should always check the cable condition, and replace the cable of the same model in time if it is worn
try to add lubricating oil every three months. If the use time is too long (add it as appropriate)
importance of maintenance of vibration motor
vibration motor has been widely used in vibration machinery at present, that is, the use of vibration motor covers hundreds of industries such as mining, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, etc. in various industries, the working environment of vibration motor is different, so the daily maintenance of vibration motor is also different. Therefore, we should often observe the static and dynamic state of the vibrating motor, and solve the problems in time if found, so as to avoid unnecessary damage, which will affect the work and unnecessary waste
static observation: before each operation of the equipment, knock the foundation screw of the vibrating motor with a small vertical head to see whether it is loose. Judge by visual inspection and the knocking sound. If it is loose, the vibrating motor will suffer uneven reaction during operation, which is easy to tear and burn the motor
dynamic observation is to listen to the running sound of the vibrating motor during its operation. If there is abnormal sound, stop the machine in time for inspection. Oil should be added according to the requirements of the manual. Too much or too little bearing lubricating oil of the vibration motor is not conducive to the normal operation of the vibration motor. In addition, the temperature rise of the vibration motor when working in different environments should be observed frequently. Too high temperature rise also indicates that the vibration motor is abnormal, and the motor will be damaged too quickly if it is not repaired in time
